I worked out the filtering workflow, built the tool and handed it over to the team at Risk Alliance Direct.

Staff needed lists of retained clients who required follow-up calls. The tool used existing business data to prepare those spreadsheets.

The workflow processed previous records, selected the relevant follow-up information and generated spreadsheet output.

The tool replaced repeated manual filtering and spreadsheet preparation with a repeatable process.
